The profile holds current and historical information. Not only identification, origin and category, but productive and reproductive status, health information and the costs associated with the animal, among others.

Livestock
Manage every animal on the farm, end to end.
Reproduction
It manages the reproductive cycle by recording events and reproductive phases. You can enter and consult services, heats, palpations, calvings, pregnancies, dry-offs and more, to generate alerts and work lists.
Palpations and dry-offs
You can tailor the criteria that generate the work orders by different conditions, and then enter the results individually or in bulk.
Herd health
Record and consult the health history of every animal: diagnoses, illnesses and treatments; medication, vaccination and the results of the tests carried out.
Milk recording
By entering milk recordings —manually or through import tools— you keep the production history of every animal, to obtain averages, forecasts and reports in general.
Groups and categories
By setting parameters such as days in milk, production or animal category, you manage the movement of animals between groups, even across farms, generating events automatically or by hand.
Work orders
We keep the concept of work orders to organise the tasks to be carried out on the farm —animals to palpate, to dry off, group movements. You can use automatic criteria and/or adjust them manually, then send or print them.
Bulls
Bull profiles let you record and consult information about progeny, services, semen stock and more, so you can keep your own statistics.
Production and reproduction indicators
Everything you enter… comes back! Through different indicators you can decide, adjust and plan the work of your farm.
Milk sales
A dedicated module to manage the sale of milk.
Creameries
You can work with different creameries, tailoring the settlement scheme of each one, defining settlement parameters —litres, fat, protein, somatic cells— and applying bonuses, discounts or penalties.
Milk deliveries
Record the deliveries made and obtain forecasts of the monthly sale. At the end of the period you can make adjustments, taking into account advances received and applying them to the settlement if needed.
Field and farming activity
This module manages the crop and forage activity of your farm.
Paddocks
Create and manage paddocks by entering their area, crop and more; link the activity of each one, keeping a history of the work carried out, inputs used, machinery and costs; and record how the different groups use them, to relate that to feeding data, obtain production costs and plan your crop and forage activity.
Nutrition
So you can focus on feeding and nutrition for your herd.
Feeds and mixes
You can create feeds and mixes using different components. And for each one you can record stock, price and nutritional characteristics.
Preparation
As part of the preparation, stating quantities and components, you can also add labour, fuel or other costs.
Diets
You can analyse and plan diets per group considering production, weight, potential intake, current feeding and nutritional requirements.
Accounting
The accounting module is designed specifically for how farming and dairy establishments operate.
Activities
Define activities and/or sub-activities to post entries and analyse the results of each one (dairy, crops, rearing, calf shed, machinery).
Purchases and sales
Manage the purchases and sales made and their related documents —invoices, delivery notes— and record service payments, withholdings received and supplier debt.
Suppliers
Record the information of each supplier, keeping current accounts, debt and the operations carried out.
Products, categories and stock
Keep an inventory of the products and categories used by the farm, with prices and movements, to raise restocking alerts.
Accounts
The system manages the different financial accounts of the farm and lets you consult their movements and balances.
Cheques
Keep track of issued, post-dated and third-party cheques, their due dates and related movements, with an agenda that raises alerts automatically.
Payroll
Record staff and settle their wages, issuing the corresponding payslips and covering withholdings, contributions, advances, extras and more.
Sharecropper settlement
The system configures specific sharecropper settlement schemes, including those tied to milk sales and to certain production targets.
Livestock buying and selling
Record the buying and selling of livestock, covering sale by kilogram or by head, expenses, commissions, withholdings, VAT and more.
